The international programs of the Governor's Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development (OTTED) serve to enhance and coordinate international business, foreign affairs, and diplomacy for the State of Florida. We foster global relationships; provide a world class support system for Florida's international activities; and we encourage international economic development. Our vision is to ensure that Florida remains competitive in the global economy by using all of its international resources.

OTTED offers leadership, coordination, and direction to Florida's citizens and our international counterparts. Responsibilities such as International Business Development, Consular programs, and International Liaison enable every region of the state to share involvement in new international challenges. OTTED also serves as Florida's international contact for our congressional delegation and federal agencies.
